The Song of Jigglypuff

We woke up as early as 8am the 2nd day of our pre-honeymoon trip. Hoping the weather has mercy on us, and yeappie.. there was no rain that morning, but the sky was quite gloomy. Anyhow we washed up and headed out immediately in case the rain started pouring again. We made it half way towards Senado Square before it started pouring. What a dismay. Anyway, we saw a noodle shop named "Chong Tin" in front of the place we had shelter from the rain and went in for breakfast. It was indeed a very great choice.  - Nice beef noodle & shrimp wanton noodle & lovely tea -  As we finished our breakfast, we had a brief chat with the owner of the shop. She sarcastically mentioned with such heavy rain, we might need to have our dinner there too =.='' Well, we didn't of course! We braved out of the shop and walked towards Dom Pedro V Theatre located near the noodle shop. However it was closed for upgrading works. Met an old couple from Germany, chat a little bout...

Weeee.... finally..... the long awaited vacation!!! We have planned a getaway since Air Asia had a big sale last year. Since Hong Kong is one of my all time must-go list, we chose to go HK + Macau to celebrate my birthday and also our 11th anniversary!  Upon arrival to Macau, I saw the sea water level was unusually high near the airport. As we walked towards the bus stand to board the bus to hotel, it started pouring. It rained so hard that we started to question, is it normal? We anyhow took the bus directed by the tourist information counter, towards a station called "Si Da Hao". Being half-literate in the chinese language, I could not identify which station to get down from the bus. We overshoot for at least 3 stations before Wilson asked the driver. So we ought to jump down from the bus and walk to the opposite station to get on another bus back to the right station. With the rain and heavy luggage to drag, it was not the best way to start our vacation.. any...

Normally bridal shop would promote One Day Photography session, however As.pial recommended us to take their Two Days Photography session to have less stress cramping the outdoor and indoor photoshoot into 1 day. We totally agree it was the best decision ever. The first day done earlier this month was an indoor shot and outdoor shot at Port Dickson. The second day scheduled another indoor shot around the bridal shop premise and outdoor shot at our alma mater, Vic.toria Ins.tituion.  We started off at 10am, just like the first day. I tried on the wedding gown I chose, I'm totally stunt when the gown was too tight for me! I could hardly zip up even with the make up artist's help! I don't think I gained any weight within the 3 weeks? So the tailor quickly came and fixed the waist part for me. Too shameful! Can't fit into wedding gown?! Gosh... While waiting for the gown, Xiao Yan (make up artist) put on the make up for me. Just like the previous day, I am totally ...

The long awaited pre wedding photoshoot day is finally here! Gonna be a long long story to tell.. - Early morning, we reached around 10am - This is the first day of our photoshoot, the deal we signed with As.pial Wed.ding was for 2 days photoshoot. So for day 1, we settled with 1 indoor shot and 1 outdoor shot. Reason for doing this is that we gotta felt comfortable with posing, make up and photographer's style first before travelling out for outdoor. We started as early as 10am, in fact we reached the bridal house at 9.45am.  - All the props we prepared for the photoshoot - First, we started off with make up, I was boomed with the fact that there's a need to purchase the ampoules that cost RM80 per bottle! I thought of getting their RM50 bottles but it was out of stock. So anyway, ampoules are a must for wedding photoshoot so we anyhow proceeded to purchase them. My make up artist is a very patience and lovely lady by the name Xiao Yan, she is very well-kno...

After months of preparation, we finally penned our marriage registration on 22nd of June 2012! It was a truly memorable and lovely day..  I was awake at 5.30am to get ready on the big day. Karen, the make up artist arrived at my house at 6.15am and started a full make up and hairdo on me. By the time my make over was done, I looked into the mirror and I almost couldn't believe my eyes. Karen transformed me into another person and almost everyone said they couldn't recognize me with make up. Or perhaps the make up was too heavy? But ah well.. this IS my R.O.M, a once a lifetime thingy so I bet it's OK to put on these make ups. - All set to go get married XD - Me and fiance went on different cars, he fetched his parents and I fetched my family.
