Pre-Wedding Shoot Day 2

Normally bridal shop would promote One Day Photography session, however As.pial recommended us to take their Two Days Photography session to have less stress cramping the outdoor and indoor photoshoot into 1 day. We totally agree it was the best decision ever. The first day done earlier this month was an indoor shot and outdoor shot at Port Dickson. The second day scheduled another indoor shot around the bridal shop premise and outdoor shot at our alma mater, Vic.toria Ins.tituion.

We started off at 10am, just like the first day. I tried on the wedding gown I chose, I'm totally stunt when the gown was too tight for me! I could hardly zip up even with the make up artist's help! I don't think I gained any weight within the 3 weeks? So the tailor quickly came and fixed the waist part for me. Too shameful! Can't fit into wedding gown?! Gosh...

While waiting for the gown, Xiao Yan (make up artist) put on the make up for me. Just like the previous day, I am totally in love with her make up style. She dolled me up into this:

- First Partial Make Over of the Day -

- With the hairdo, while waiting for the dress to be altered -

- My groom looking handsome with his suit on -

So finally by almost 11:30am, my dress was done, so did my make over. I put on the dress and voila! Transformed into a lady-like princess. We shoot around the premise, on their prop trishaw, lovely window and so on. Finger-crossed that these photo would look good, as we're soaked in sweat due to the humid weather outdoor.

The indoor photoshoot took about an hour. Then we moved on to have the second make over. This time, my yellow night gown fits perfectly. So I was relieved, perhaps the first gown was not tailored properly for my size. My second make over was a total surprise! Xiao Yan asked if I would like something out of the box, yes I said. As I thought if this is not the time, then when is? So she pin up my hair to a tall setting and put on a giant black ribbon on to match my princess-like night gown. The yellow gown I chose is out of norm as well, everyone including myself would have thought I will choose a pink gown. For my all time favourite colour is pink obvious enough. But this yellow gown with black ribbon caught my eyes and fell in love immediately. Again, finger-crossed the outcome is good, using this gown for outdoor in Vic.toria Ins.titution.

- Wow, I mean, Wooow.... -

- Love this style much, not something I would do in normal days -

- A group photo with the crew, Dylan our photographer, Steve our assistant photographer, Xiao Yan my make up artist and Cious the assistant make up artist -

Together with Dylan, Steve and Cious, we headed out to VI at about 2.30pm. The sky was bright and the sun shined fiercely. We endured 2 hours under the sun.. posing, smiling, jumping and acting cool in front of the camera. Perhaps it was really intense "exercises", out of sudden my menstrual cramp kicks in. The pain was so bad I can't even stand. Initially we had plan to change into casual wear for final shooting inside the classrooms. But the pain was too severe we have to call off the last session of the photography. Really unfortunate to have menses at this day, such an important day. But anyhow we still managed to capture the most important clock tower and surrounding of the school in a beautiful gown. We're already contented and felt absolutely blessed that the weather is good.

We headed back to bridal house around 5.30pm and the Cious helped us to remove the heavy make up. We then go ahead to pay the deposit to book Xiao Yan for my actual day make up. Both me and Wilson liked her and her make up style very much. The photo would be ready to view by September, let's be positive that it will be good. I'm sure it will :)

W.O.T.P.

10th of November 2012, the day we booked our first property together as husband and wife. It was indeed a huge milestone after we signed our ROM papers. This is a luxury condominium developed by Selangor Dredging Berhad and it's located at Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Batu 9, Cheras Selatan. This is a very interesting development because it is situated on 8.9 acres of Freehold land with 4.2 acres of landscaped environment (Yes, half of the development is actually greenery!) The unit built-up range between 916 sq. ft. to 4,311 sq. ft. and sold for about RM450 - RM680 per square feet.  We bought a unit at Block C which is lowest block on the left. Location of W.O.T.P. with proposed MRT station few kilometers away.  The lovely greenery and facilities are really serene and awesome! Facilities: 50m lap pool Children’s wading pool Children outdoor play area Teen’s play area 2 nos. of indoor badminton courts Gym/ aerobic room Function hall by the pool (6 ban

What am I?

It has been some time since I last updated this blog. Heaps of stuff happened and I just had the time to pull a break and evaluate the events that happened to me in the past 1 month. I've changed my job, moving into sales line is not an easy decision to make. I was doubtful with myself until I really come on board. Perhaps it may be too soon to tell where I stand in this job, but I was really thankful that my current boss gave me an insight of myself. We had sessions to understand what are our temperament. This is something that govern what kind of job that fits us. Apparently I am an "Artisan" after few rounds of personality tests. An artisan loves freedom, leads by taking action, seeks to have impact and variation, needs appreciation, a risk taker, problem solver and an opportunist. When I read the full description bout what I am, I immediately understand why I felt in constraint and bored working in the manufacturing line. I am just not that type of person that falls i

Life

I'll be quarter a century old in a day. In a day's time my birthday would come, and most probably would just simply go. Didn't expect much this year, or maybe age has certain impact on me. I'll be 25 soon. This is so alarming scary, time just flew too fast. Everything changes. I looked like awfully nerdy 3 years ago when I was still in UPM. I've started working one year ago, this was the fastest one year in my life. Life has been so committed to work and work, I couldn't realise time flew across and here I am. Evaluating what I've done over the past 1 year. I've learnt many many things, both in life and in work. From an ordinary 2nd upper graduate to now a project engineer. Nothing big achieved but I felt contented, at least I'm working towards my goal. It's just kinda overwhelming to think back times, was so excited on the 1st day of kindy, was so nervous going into primary school compound, was so trilled to step into secondary school, was so c
